Stay Fit, Stay Lit is where we take a look at accessible snacks, exercise, and discuss the meaning of healthy vs healthful in a language that is relevant to me. How I can help the people of my community understand the meaning of health, and their habits and the effects of their environment. How it relates to me and helps me to understand how I can feel better inside and out while sharing that knowledge and evoking change within my community.
